VendorBill

Terms of Service

Effective date: 4 September 2026

Purpose

VendorBill provides tools intended to help businesses prepare, manage, save, print and communicate invoices and related business records.

User responsibility

Users are responsible for reviewing invoice details, tax treatment, recipients and other business information before sending. Users must have authority to use any company or email account they connect.

Connected email accounts

If a user connects a Google account, the user authorizes VendorBill to use permissions approved through Google's OAuth process. Users may revoke that authorization through their Google Account settings.

Development status

VendorBill is currently under development and controlled testing. Features may change, and testing versions may not provide the same availability or storage guarantees as a future production service.

Data and backups

Users should maintain appropriate copies of important business and accounting records, especially while using development or testing versions.

Acceptable use

VendorBill must not be used for unlawful, deceptive, abusive or unauthorized communications or unauthorized access to accounts or data.
